党的十七大指出:“加强党风廉政建设,反对和防止腐败,是建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要保证,必须贯穿于改革开放和现代化建设的全过程。”从目前我国的国有企业的实际情况来看,目前该做的就是要认真抓好国有企业各层领导的工作及廉洁自律。在这过程中要严格查处各种违纪案件及对群众利益有损害的不良行为作风。要坚持标本兼治、综合治理,注重思想道德教育,完善监督制约机制,建立健全与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,为完善社会主义市场经济体制营造良好氛围。
