骨干教师不仅是培训的接受者,也是培训成果的提炼者和推广者,更是培训资源的提供者、建设者。因此,培训中应以被培训者——骨干教师为主体,通过研培结合,将骨干教师的教研成果转化为培训课程,再将骨干教师的培训成果转换为教学资源。通过来自实践——理论提升——服务实践的循环使培训过程实效化、培训实效成果化、培训成果资源化,实现教育培训资源共建共享,从真正意义上提升骨干教师的培训实效,促进教师专业发展。
Backbone teachers are not only the recipients of training but also the refiners and promoters of training achievements. They are also the providers and builders of training resources.
