根据国内学者提出的我国企业员工离职的影响因素,结合WS呼叫中心实际情况,可将离职原因归纳为三方面:个人因素、企业内部因素、企业外部因素。
According to the factors that influence the resignation of Chinese enterprises’ employees proposed by domestic scholars and combined with the actual situation of WS call centers, the causes of resignations can be summarized into three aspects: personal factors, internal factors and external factors.
