目的:探究绝经后妇女无痛取环的护理要点。方法:随机选取2013年3月至2015年3月于该院接受无痛取环术的70例绝经后患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各35例;对照组行常规护理,观察组则在此基础上行优质护理干预。结果:对比两组不良反应发生率、舒适率以及护理满意度,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经后行无痛取环术的患者进行一定程度的优质护理干预可显著降低患者不良反应发生几率,提高舒适率以及护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the key points of painless ring taking care in postmenopausal women. Methods: A total of 70 postmenopausal patients receiving painless revascularization in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected randomly as the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing , The observation group is on the basis of quality nursing intervention. Results: Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions, comfort rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusions: A certain degree of quality nursing intervention in patients with postmenopausal painless surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the comfort rate and nursing satisfaction.
