目的 :观察胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效 ,并与单用顺铂的疗效进行对比 ,以期发现恶性胸水局部治疗的较理想的方法。方法 :胸腔排液后 ,治疗组 -胞必佳联合顺铂组 ,胸腔内注射胞必佳 6 0 0 μg +地塞米松 1 0mg和顺铂 5 0mg ,1次 /2d ,二者交替使用 ;对照组 -单用顺铂组 ,给予顺铂 80mg +地塞米松 1 0mg ,每周一次。结果 :治疗组 2 4例 ,CR7例占2 9 2 % ,PR1 3例占 5 4 2 % ,总缓解率 83 3% ;对照组 1 5例 ,CR4例占 2 6 7% ,PR8例占 5 3 3% ,总缓解率 80 %。结论 :胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效肯定 ,与单纯使用顺铂效果相近 ,但副作用小 ,见效快 ,可为临床选用。
Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of Cytobigraide combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and to compare the efficacy with cisplatin alone in order to find the ideal method for local treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: After the pleural fluid was drained, the treatment group-PB must be combined with cisplatin group. Intrapleural injection of 600 mg of dexamethasone and 100 mg of dexamethasone and 50 mg of cisplatin were given intrapleurally, and they were used alternately. The control group - cisplatin alone, was given 80 mg of cisplatin + 100 mg of dexamethasone once a week. Results: There were 24 patients in the treatment group, CR7 patients accounted for 293%, PR1 3 patients accounted for 542%, and the total remission rate was 83 3%. The control group consisted of 15 patients, CR4 patients accounted for 26.7%, and PR8 patients accounted for 5 3 3%, with a total remission rate of 80%. Conclusion: The efficacy of PBG in combination with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is affirmative, similar to the effect of cisplatin alone, but the side effects are small and the effect is quick. It can be used clinically.
