目的:为解决干部保健对象多层次、个性化的特殊医疗保健服务需求,充分落实党和国家对干部保健的重视和关怀。方法:应用细节沟通策略于保健工作各个环节,主要措施包括提高干部保健工作者对细节沟通重要性的认知水平,不断充实保健工作者沟通相关知识和技能,与保健对象建立和谐融洽、信任的关系,制定与保健对象沟通的流程,注重疏导与安抚,恰当运用语言交流技巧,恰当使用倾听技巧。结果:细节沟通使心理疏导与安抚更加有效,激发了保健工作者自觉充实和实践沟通交流技巧的自觉性,促进了干部保健队伍综合素质的提升。结论:细节沟通在干部保健工作中是值得借鉴的工作方法。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the multi-level and individualized special health care service needs of cadres and health care workers, we should fully implement the party’s and state’s emphasis and care on cadre health care.
