采用活细胞间接免疫荧光技术 ,使用常规 8种抗CD单抗 ,测定 12 0例成人急性白血病免疫表型。结果显示免疫分型与FAB形态学分型有较高的符合率 ,但亦存在CD抗原在淋系或髓系交叉或反向表达、甚或不表达的情况。急性粒细胞白血病 (AML)M3 型和急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)L3 型以及B淋巴系和T淋巴系ALL在免疫表型上各有其特点。部分免疫表型特征对提示预后有一定意义
Indirect immunofluorescence with live cells was used to determine the immunophenotypes of 120 adult patients with acute leukemia using routine 8 anti-CD monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that immunophenotyping and FAB morphological typing have a high coincidence rate, but there are also CD antigen in the lymph node or myeloid cross or reverse expression, or not expressed. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) type M3 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) type L3 and B lymphoid and T lymphoid ALL have their own immunophenotype.
