近年来,我校以促进学校德育工作为重点,坚持“构建人文校园,追求和谐发展”的办学目标,秉承“以人为本,面向未来”的教育理念,全面推行素质教育,深入实施立人计划,着力打造科技特色。一、强化德育建设,促进素质教育1.加强师德师风建设。通过教育引导、学习培训和考核奖惩等形式,切实加强教师的政治思想教育和职业道德建设,进一步提高全体教师的思想道德水平,让每一位教师关心学生、理解学生、尊重学生。校党支部创建了党员先锋岗,明确党员责任区,全面推行七权七责,充分发挥每名共产党员的先锋模范作用,带领广大教师爱岗敬业,无私奉献。
