63名20～35岁的初孕和曾怀孕6次的妇女选作治疗性流产。其产次为0～3。怀孕期在末次月经后11～66天。除3例外,都经尿免疫反应确定妊娠诊断。方法:病人置膀胱切石术位,仔细消毒阴道穹窿后将ONO-802(16,16-二甲-反式-△~2-PGE_2:甲酯)栓剂放于后穹窿,并指导病人会用,令其回家后每3小时自放栓剂一次。阴道无出血时,可连用5个剂量;有出血时,按指示再用一次,以后停用。第一次用药1周后返院刮宫。无妊娠产物或仅有微量蜕膜者为完全流产;有绒毛者为不全流产;
