吉林市天瑞房地产开发有限公司,成立于2005年4月15日,是吉林市政府2005年重点招商引资几企业之一。公司于2007年投资开发建设了吉林市西山重点棚户区改造项目桃源山庄一期、二期工程,项目东’至西山街、南至桃园山公园用地、西至桃园山公园l景观路、北至雾淞中路共50栋住宅楼。工程建筑l面积20多万平方米,总投资约4亿元,已于2011年10月30日全部投人使用。;2012年7月,吉林市西山三区南区改造项目桃源山庄三期工程正式启动。项目总占地面积14公顷,建筑面积24万平方米
