DJ-2型油水界面检测仪的传感器是由振荡电路、检测电路和发射天线等组成。发射天线将振荡电路产生的电磁波直接发射到油水乳状液中,根据朗伯—贝尔定律,两种性质不同的液体介质吸收不同的电磁波能量,振荡电路所提供的电磁波能量就会不同,再将这种差别通过检测电路以电流的形式反映给检测仪控制器,实现对油水界面的连续检测与控制。该传感器设计结构紧凑合理,安装、维护方便,为石油、化工等部门的油水界面检测,提供了一种有效的方法。
