40多年来日本经济得以飞速发展,令世人刮目相看。英国人写了《叫人惊叹的日本》一书,称日本经济是“东洋奇迹”。 1980年,日本的GNP在世界总量占有的比例已从70年代的6.3%上升到8.9%,1989年又上升为12%,人均收入超过所有国家,登上世界首富的宝座。 80年代,日本的经济和技术都走到了世界前列,主导技术转向信息化、电子化、高技术和融合技术,代表性产业是半导体、计算机,以及被称为80年代支柱产业的新材料、生物技术和电子技术产业。企业在竞争中更看准了基础科学是今后5~10年企业生存发展的关键,于是全国掀起了第二次兴办研究所的高潮,平均每年建立40多个研究所。
Over the past 40 years the rapid development of Japan’s economy, so that the world admiration. The representative industries were semiconductors, computers, and new materials and organisms known as pillar industries of the 1980s Technology and electronics industry. Enterprises in the competition more focused on the basic science is the key to the survival and development of enterprises in the next 5 to 10 years, so the country set off a second upsurge of the Institute to establish an average of more than 40 research institutes each year.
