浙江省温州市在实行师生平安保险的基础上,从1992年9月1日起,将在各县(市、区)城镇中小学生、幼儿园儿童中实施疾病住院医疗保险。参加投保的学生,每人每年缴保险费10元。投保后的住院医疗费用,由保险公司按分级累计办法付给,医疗费用越高,付给的保险费也越高,上不封顶。7月6日,温州市政府转发了实施这一制度的报告。
Based on the implementation of the Ping An Insurance for teachers and students in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, starting from September 1, 1992, the disease hospitalization medical insurance will be implemented among primary and middle school students and kindergarten children in the counties (cities, districts). Each student who participates in the insurance pays an insurance premium of 10 yuan per person per year. The inpatient medical expenses after insured are paid by the insurance company according to a grading accumulative method. The higher the medical expenses, the higher the insurance premiums paid, and it is not capped. On July 6, Wenzhou Municipal Government forwarded a report on the implementation of this system.
