目的:探讨时间空间相关成像技术联合断层超声显像技术(TUI-STIC技术)在产前筛查常见心脏位置异常中的临床应用价值。方法:应用时间空间相关成像技术采集胎儿心脏的容积图像,再应用断层超声显像技术进行分析,要求清晰显示上腹部横切面及四腔心切面并标明左右方位。结果:199例心脏位置异常胎儿心脏容积数据经断层超声显像技术处理均获得满意的上腹部横切面及四腔心切面。其中右位心67例;左旋心5例;中位心7例;异位心2例;心脏移位107例;心脏异构11例。结论:判断胎儿心脏位置的主要切面是上腹部横切面和四腔心切面。时间空间相关成像技术联合断层超声显像技术简易、准确,可作为产前筛查胎儿心脏位置异常的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical value of TUI-STIC technique in the diagnosis of common cardiac position abnormalities in prenatal screening. Methods: The volumetric images of fetus heart were collected by time-space-related imaging technique and analyzed by tomographic imaging. The transverse section of the upper abdomen and the four-chamber coronal section were clearly shown and the left and right orientation were clearly indicated. Results: The data of fetal heart volume in 199 cases with abnormal cardiac position were obtained satisfactory by transverse ultrasonography and transection of four chambers. There were 67 cases of right centroid, 5 cases of left ventricle, 7 cases of centromere, 2 cases of heterotopic heart, 107 cases of cardiac displacement and 11 cases of cardiac isomerism. CONCLUSION: The major sections that determine fetal cardiac position are the transverse section of the upper abdomen and the four-chamber coronal section. Spatial and temporal imaging technology combined with tomographic imaging is simple and accurate and can be used as an effective method for prenatal screening of abnormal fetal cardiac position.
