目的检测河南省某煤矿生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,预防职业病危害。方法对河南省某煤矿职业病危害作业现场进行凋查、采样检测及分析。结果噪声、煤尘、甲烷是该煤矿主要的职业病危害因素。检测发现接尘作业工种超标率为26.7%,接噪作业工种超标率为18.2%,甲烷超标率为80%。结论该煤矿职业病危害因素某些指标偏高,应着重改善作业环境,提高防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。
Objective To detect the hazards of occupational diseases in a coal mine in Henan Province and to prevent occupational hazards. Methods A coal mine in Henan Province occupational hazards work site investigation, sampling and analysis. Results Noise, coal dust and methane are the major occupational hazards in the coal mine. Testing found that dust-bearing workers over-standard rate was 26.7%, work-receiving noise exceeded the rate of 18.2%, methane exceeded the rate of 80%. Conclusion Some indicators of occupational hazards in this coal mine are high, and emphasis should be placed on improving operating environment, improving protective measures, controlling the concentration and intensity of harmful factors and preventing the occurrence of occupational diseases.
