胡锦涛总书记视察北京时的重要指示和市政府召开的郊区工作会议进一步强调水利工作的重要性,这不仅为大兴经济社会发展指明了方向,对我们调整治水思路适应城乡经济一体化,实现水利现代化的新形势也有着重要的指导意义。结合我区实际,对建设城郊型现代化水利提出几点看法。
