以Cu、Ni作为主要的添加元素 ,通过正交试验的方法研究了合金元素Cu、Ni、Si对接头剪切强度的影响。同时 ,利用扫描电镜对各钎料的显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明 ,对剪切强度的影响程度由Si、Ni到Cu依次减弱 ,且随着合金元素Si、Ni、Cu含量的增大 ,其接头剪切强度先增大后降低。
Taking Cu and Ni as the main additive elements, the effects of alloying elements Cu, Ni and Si on the shear strength of the joint were studied by orthogonal test. Meanwhile, the microstructure of each solder was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the influence of shear strength decreases from Si and Ni to Cu, and the shear strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of alloying elements such as Si, Ni and Cu.
