通过组化定量分析的方法，观察外源性硫酸腺嘌呤预处理及缺血再灌注的糖原稳定性的变化，探讨硫酸腺嘌呤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果显示；硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组平均光密度值与正常组差异无显著性，提示硫酸腺嘌呤显示明显的预处理效应。
To observe the changes of glycogen stability after exogenous adenosine sulphate preconditioning and ischemia reperfusion, and to explore the protective effect of adenosine sulphate on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the average optical density value of the adenine sulfate pretreatment group and the normal group, suggesting that the adenine sulfate showed a significant pretreatment effect.
