混凝土中性化是对钢筋腐蚀的最重要因素,直接影响到钢筋混凝土结构物的耐久性和使用寿命。本文通过试验对混凝土试件的抗压强度等力学性质进行了分析,并根据试验所得的参数对考虑混凝土中性化的耐久性寿命进行了预测。由寿命预测结果可以看出,混凝土的水灰比、强度和结构保护层厚度是影响中性化速度和深度的重要因素,从而决定了结构的耐久性寿命。同时,分析总结了抑制混凝土中性化的主要技术措施,为钢筋混凝土结构物的耐久性设计提供了参考。
Concrete neutralization is the most important factor of steel corrosion, a direct impact on the durability and service life of reinforced concrete structures. In this paper, the mechanical properties such as compressive strength of concrete specimens are analyzed through experiments, and the durability life expectancy considering the concrete neutrality is predicted based on the parameters obtained from the tests. From the life prediction results, it can be seen that the water-cement ratio, strength and structural protective layer thickness of concrete are important factors that affect the speed and depth of neutralization, thus determining the durability life of the structure. At the same time, the main technical measures to restrain the neutralization of concrete are analyzed and summarized, which provides a reference for the design of durability of reinforced concrete structures.
