近年来,丹梭县委把整顿农村软弱涣散党支部工作作为全县党建工作的重点常抓不懈,取得了明显效果,54个后进村党支部,已有51个显著变化,其中有18个还被县、乡党委评为先进党支部。丹棱县委的主要作法是:深入进行思想整顿,坚持多换思想少换人。首先通过民主生活会和民主评议党员,让后进支部自查、党员帮助,找准存在的问题,明确努力方向。其次,县乡领导到村帮助班子成员解决思想问题,增强团结。再次,县乡党校举办专题培训,提高支部班子成员的政治素质。另外,在先进党支部和后进党支部之间开展互访、互帮、互学、互勉的“四互”活动,使后进支部学先进、赶先进,努力摆脱后进面貌。
