275有机硅超高真空扩散泵油是一种价格昂贵而用量又大的原材料。为保证真空系统的真空度和显象管正常工作时管内的良好气氛,我们规定:扩散泵在连续工作500小时以后,必须清洗泵体,更换泵液。对更换下来的废油,一向是不作处理,一倒了之,这样做,既浪费了资财,又污染了环境。为此,在1983年10月开始对回收利用废硅油进行了调研。
