Approved by the fourth machine department and the Fourteenth Institute, the Institute held the third scientific research appraisal meeting from December 10 to December 13. This time a total of 15 projects were identified, of which 12 product stereotypes, three technical achievements (see “Identification Project Table”), which can be broadly divided into three areas: 1. Semiconductor light-emitting devices; 2. Semiconductor photodetection devices , Instruments, components; 3. Charge-coupled camera and information processing devices.
