树立良好的科学道德,是今天知识界建设社会主义精神文明的重要组成部分。今年初,中共四川省委负责同志,提出要在四川科技界树立“文人相助,相见有益,大力协作,共同提高”的新风尚、新学风。怎样做到“文人相助”?他说,要提倡文人相交、相知、相携、相续。要加强党的领导,认真贯彻党的科技工作方针政策;不要随意把学术问题牵扯为政治问题。学术争论要各抒己见,畅所欲言,注意尊重少数人的意见,不能多数人去压制少数人。省委负责同志的这些意见,得到科技界的热烈反响,大家认为,这四句话提得好,对于清除“文人相轻”的旧思想、旧习气,树立“文人相助”的新思想、新道德,推动我省科技界的社会主义精神文明建设很有帮助。大家围绕科学道德问题展开了热烈的讨论。我们在这一期选登了著名学者和专家柯召、谢立惠等七位同志的文章。今后,我们将继续发表这方面的文章。
