目的探讨胸腺瘤的诊治方法。方法回顾分析21例胸腺瘤的诊治经验。结果 2例患者全部治愈出院。结论 CT对胸腺瘤的良恶性诊断及鉴别诊断有较高价值。胸腔镜下切除非侵袭的胸腺瘤创伤小、手术安全、可行。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of thymoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of thymoma diagnosis and treatment experience. Results 2 patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion CT has high value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thymoma. Thoracoscopic resection of non-invasive thymoma trauma, safe and feasible.
