中国石油企业的跨国经营时代已然到来,如何在激烈的世界竞争中突出重围、稳定发展,经营中的文化传承是当今企业经营者应该首要思考的问题。本文分别从中国石油企业跨国经营时期文化传承作为依托的必要性、跨国经营中面临的困难与挑战、文化传承如何作为走出困境迎接挑战的法宝三个方面进行阐述,结合真实案例和数据,对中国石油企业跨国经营时期的文化传承问题深入思考,并给出相应问题的解决措施。
The time has come for the transnational operation of Chinese petroleum enterprises. How to highlight and stabilize the development in the fierce world competition and the cultural inheritance in operation are the problems that the enterprise managers should consider first. This article respectively elaborates the necessity of relying on the cultural inheritance during the transnational operation of Chinese petroleum enterprises, the difficulties and challenges in cross-border operation, and the cultural inheritance as the magic weapon to get out of the predicament and meet the challenge. Combining with the real cases and data, In the transnational management of petroleum enterprises, the issue of cultural inheritance is deeply discussed, and the solution to the corresponding problems is given.
