“湖广填四川”是清前中期中国移民史上的一个重大事件,近年来有关这方面的著述虽然不少,但多局限于宏观层面,缺乏微观上的分析,尤其缺乏将迁出地与迁入地结合起来的联系分析,而此点对于深入认识“湖广填四川”的时间过程、迁移路线、移居地的空间演变过程、迁入地与迁出地之间的信息传递等非常重要。有关“湖广填四川”的史料,地方志多是简略记述某一姓氏移居某地的事实,对于该家族移民在其他地区的分布则不会涉及;
