历来,我们总是用销售额、利润等指标来衡量流通企业的经营成果,而很少考虑市场占有率指标对流通企业的重要意义。单纯考核销售额、利润指标,会导致流通企业着重在销售价格上动脑筋做文章,而放松经营管理和改善经营策略,一旦受市场、政策的影响,就会陷入困境。而着眼于提高市场占有率,就能提高流通企业的竞争能力、适应能力和经营水平,从而保证销售额、利润的稳步增长。
Historically, we have always used sales, profit and other indicators to measure the operating results of the circulation enterprises, and seldom consider the importance of market share indicators for circulation enterprises. A simple assessment of sales and profit targets will cause the circulation enterprises to focus their efforts on selling prices. However, relaxation of business management and improvement of business strategies will cause them to get into trouble once they are affected by the market and policies. The focus on improving market share, we can improve the circulation of enterprises competitiveness, adaptability and management level, so as to ensure the steady growth of sales and profits.
