本文首先指出传统的ABS系统轮速传感器自诊断技术的缺陷,接着分析了磁电式和霍尔式轮速传感器的传感器与齿圈间隙变化对最低测量轮速的影响,辨清了控制软件最低计算轮速与采样周期的关系和ABS系统最低轮速的算法,然后基于单轮动力学模型计算了正常工况下轮角加速度及轮角加速度变化率的物理限值,又根据轮速特征设计了轮速传感器故障自诊断算法,最后通过实车道路故障试验对算法进行了验证。试验结果表明本文研究的技术可有效完成多种类型轮速传感器故障的自诊断。
This paper first points out the defects of traditional ABS system wheel speed sensor self-diagnosis technology, and then analyzes the influence of sensor and ring gear gap change of magnetoelectricity and Hall wheel speed sensor on the minimum measured wheel speed, and identifies the lowest control software The relationship between the wheel speed and the sampling period and the minimum wheel speed of the ABS system are calculated. Based on the single-wheel dynamic model, the physical limits of the angular acceleration and the angular rate of change of the angular acceleration under normal working conditions are also calculated. The wheel speed sensor fault self-diagnosis algorithm, and finally through the real road test to verify the algorithm. The experimental results show that the technology studied in this paper can effectively accomplish the self-diagnosis of many types of wheel speed sensor faults.
