伴随新课程改革的深入,教师专业化的发展要求对教师提出了新的挑战,教师自身的反思能力成为教师专业发展的动力。语文课程是人文性和工具性的统一,语文教师不仅要传授知识,培养能力,还要树立语文大教育观,因此初中语文教师的教学反思能力既影响自身专业发展,同时也对教育、教学质量的提高起着极为重要的作用。本文通过对初中语文教师的教学反思能力进行调查研究,可以为教师的专业发展及课堂教学质量的提高提供依据和改进方向。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, teachers' professional development requires new challenges for teachers.
