石花为梅衣科(Parmeliaceae)梅衣属(Parmelia)植物染料梅衣(ParmeIia tinctorum Despr.),民间用于止血及清热解毒。从有机溶媒提取后的石花水溶液中提取的产物,简称石花制剂,系浅褐色粉末状固体,对小鼠具有显著的辐射防护作用。本文报告石花制剂对急性放射病犬实验治疗研究的初步效果。 实验采用1~3岁雄性健康杂种犬30只,体重11.6~15.8kg,经~(60)Co-γ线全身双侧均匀照射3Gy。石花制剂治疗组10只动物,于照射后即刻或照射后6h,1和2d各肌注10~15mg/kg;对照组20只动物。照射后不作任何处理。结果表明,治疗组活存率明显高于对照组(前者为6/10,后者为2/20),且临床症状明显减轻。治疗组外周血白细胞计数始终高于对照组,照射后第1~13天各时相点二组动物差异非常显
Stone flowers for the Parmeliaceae (Parmeliaceae) Parmelia (Parmeia plant dye Ma Mei (ParmeIia tinctorum Despr., Folk for hemostasis and detoxification. The product extracted from the aqueous solution of the stone flower after organic solvent extraction, referred to as stone flower preparation, is a light brown powdery solid and has a significant radiation protection effect on the mice. This article reports on the initial effect of stone flower preparations on experimental treatment of acute radiation sick dogs. A total of 30 male healthy mongrel dogs aged 1-3 years old, weighing 11.6-15.8 kg, were homogenized with ~ (60) Co-γ radiation on both sides of the body for 3 Gy.
