通过对注射用肝复肽稀释后 ,采用细菌内毒素试验对其进行检测 ,并与家兔热原试验相比较。结果表明 ,细菌内毒素试验可以替代家兔热原试验用于注射用肝复肽的检测。
After diluted with hepcidin for injection, it was tested by bacterial endotoxin test and compared with the rabbit pyrogen test. The results show that bacterial endotoxin test can replace the rabbit pyrogen test for the detection of hepatic recombinant peptide.
