高校学报的困境与改革

大凡中国的高等院校,自其创建之日起,几乎无一例外地都要办一份或多份冠以校名的学报,以发挥其窗口和对外学术交流的作用。然而,随着时代的变迁、科学的进步,大学学报的作用和影响力正在日益萎缩和下降,以至于各高校在业绩评定时对本校学报的定级上也普遍要低专业性期刊一筹。

Almost all the institutions of higher learning in China, almost no exception, have to run one or more journals with their school names from the day of their establishment in order to give play to their role of window and academic exchange with other countries. However, with the change of the times and the progress of science, the role and influence of university journals are shrinking and declining. As a result, colleges and universities generally lower the journals of their journals at the time of performance appraisal.
