针对高职类软件学院建设科学化、管理合理化的实验室需求,本文提出一种基于现代化、信息技术管理手段的实验室管理模式。在建设的过程中找出对应策略,重点建设和管理实验技术团队,打造开放的实验教学环境,加强实验实训基地及周边的建设,加大力度推行工学的结合,并且要注重突显出人才实践能力培养,将原有的人才培养模式进行改革,培养高素质技能型应用创新型人才。
In order to meet the needs of a scientific and rational management laboratory for higher vocational software institutes, this paper proposes a laboratory management mode based on modernization and information technology management. In the course of construction, we should find corresponding strategies, focus on the construction and management of experimental technical team, create an open experimental teaching environment, strengthen the construction of experimental training base and surrounding area, intensify the combination of engineering and training, and emphasize the talent practice Ability to cultivate, the existing personnel training mode reform, training high-quality skilled application of innovative talents.
