一、合理筹集和使用资金,降低资金成本 资金成本是指企业筹集和使用资金所付出的代价,包括筹资费用和使用利息。近年来,由于国家财政补偿机制不健全,医院普遍存在资金短缺的状况,许多医院纷纷采取向银行贷款或向职工集资等方式来筹集资金,用于建造医疗用房或添置医疗设备,这就使医院增加了一定数量的利息开支。因此,医院在筹集资金时应选择资金成本最低的筹集方式和渠道,如努力争取政府贴息或低息贷款,尽量减少资金成本。
I. Rationally Raising and Utilizing Funds to Reduce Capital Costs Capital costs refer to the costs paid by companies for raising and using funds, including fundraising expenses and interest. In recent years, due to the imperfect national financial compensation mechanism and the general shortage of funds in hospitals, many hospitals have taken measures such as lending money to banks or raising funds for workers to build medical facilities or purchase medical equipment. The hospital increased a certain amount of interest expenses. Therefore, when the hospital raises funds, it should choose the financing method and channel with the lowest cost of capital, such as striving for government discount or low-interest loans, and minimizing the cost of capital.
