采用遗传算法,针对自然通风冷却塔管式配水系统,将单个配水系统的设计方案作为进化个体,把单根配水管的理想流量系数作为配水管的进化方向,以整体均布系数作为评价目标,在应用配水系统的水力计算方法进行分析的基础上,提出了基于遗传算法的冷却塔管式配水系统优化设计计算方法。工程实践证明,应用本文提出的计算方法能够快速、有效的完成冷却塔管式配水系统中配水管与喷头的自动优化选型,对比经验设计的配水系统方案,优化计算得到的配水系统设计方案均布系数更小(2%以内),水力性能更优。
Based on the genetic algorithm and the natural ventilation cooling tower tube water distribution system, the design scheme of single water distribution system is taken as the evolutionary individual, the ideal flow coefficient of single distribution pipe is taken as the evolution direction of water distribution pipe, the overall uniform distribution coefficient is taken as the evaluation target, Based on the analysis of hydraulic calculation method of water distribution system, a method based on genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the design of cooling tower pipe water distribution system. Engineering practice proves that the calculation method proposed in this paper can be used to quickly and effectively complete the automatic optimization and selection of water distribution pipes and nozzles in the cooling tower pipe water distribution system. Compared with the experience of the design of water distribution system, the optimal calculation of water distribution system design are Cloth coefficient smaller (less than 2%), better hydraulic performance.
