我院泌尿外科于1996年3月开始采用立止血术中外用的方法,预防及减少术中出血,保持术野清洁。并设相同16例手术病人为对照组。效果满意,现报道如下:1 临床资料1．1 一般资料:使用立止血组共16例,年龄57~82岁,平均64岁。前列腺增生Ⅲ°9例,Ⅱ°7例。经腹部B超测定,底部横径4.Ocm~6.4cm。平均5.6cm。纵径3.6cm~5.4cm。平均4.1cm。前后径2.5cm~4.9cm,平均3.6cm;对照组(单纯用热水
Department of Urology in our hospital in March 1996 began using the method of standing hemostatic surgery, prevention and reduction of intraoperative bleeding, to keep the operative field clean. And set the same 16 cases of surgical patients as control group. The results are satisfactory, are reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: The use of antihistamine group of 16 cases, aged 57 to 82 years, mean 64 years.
