崔母村是江苏省海安县的一个村庄,座落在328国道南侧。全村1196户,3648人。有2条村道和11条机耕道与328国道相通,有各类机动车187辆,驾驶员187人,是海安县最早创建“交通安全村”的试点村。创建前,崔母村差不多每年都发生交通事故。说起以前的事,村民们感慨万千。 “提起往事我就心惊肉跳,”58岁的村民刘宏如以此开头说起了一件往事。他说:“有一天我骑着自行车回家,路上晒着麦杆儿,一辆大卡车因打滑失控撞上我,我倒在了汽车底盘下。驾驶员吓得直哆嗦,抱着我直奔医院。我虽捡回了一条命,但留下了后遗症,之后七八年脑子都不清楚。”
