我是这样理解班主任工作艺术的:班主任与学生的每一次接触,都能激发他们心灵的热情。这样做得越细致、越自然、越巧妙、越富有感情,那么,从学生心灵深处涌现出来接收性就越大、力量就越强、记忆就越深远,其成才也就越快。 新学年伊始,同学们兴高彩烈地布置着上了一层楼的新教室。目睹此情此景,我充满感情地说:“祝贺大家更上一层楼,搬进了新教室。对于‘更上一层楼’有何遐想、联想、思想,能不能先自由组合成小小组谈谈,等会再来个全班发言。”
