档案是一个单位历史发展的见证,为医院发展提供重要的历史资料和决策参考,必须保证完整性和联系性。随着信息化的不断发展,档案管理工作也面临重要调整,需要向科学化、信息化、系统化逐步迈进,只有这样才能适应发展需要。为了引起医院档案工作者对档案管理的重视并提高管理水平,作者深入浅出的阐述了医院档案管理的重要现实意义,提出了进一步提高管理水平的个人见解。
Archives is a testimony of the history of a unit, providing important historical data and decision-making reference for the development of the hospital. The integrity and connection must be guaranteed. With the continuous development of information technology, archives management also faces major adjustments and needs to be gradually implemented in a scientific, informatized and systematic manner so as to meet the needs of development. In order to arouse the attention of the archivists to the archives management and to improve the management level, the author explains profound theories in simple language and expounds the important practical significance of the hospital archives management and puts forward personal opinions to further improve the management level.
