目的:探讨和研究手术室管理工作存在的主要问题,并提出控制医院感染的相应解决措施。方法:回顾性研究2013年2月-2013年11月,以及2013年12月-2014年7月两个时间段中本院手术室管理工作记录资料,辅以进行问卷调查,总结概括手术室管理工作中存在的问题,根据实际情况制定解决方案并实施,评定实际效果。结果:手术室管理措施改进前,手术室出现不同程度感染率为2.97%,改进后感染率为0.51%;且改进后手术室中灭菌质量检测合格率显著提高。结论:只有制定科学合理的手术室管理策略,严格执行过程,加强手术室各项消毒隔离处理,提高医务工作人员的责任心,才能有效降低医院感染率,增强医疗卫生水平。
Objective: To explore and study the main problems in operating room management and propose corresponding measures to control the infection in hospital. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted from February 2013 to November 2013 and from December 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital operating room management records, supplemented by a questionnaire survey, summarizes the operating room management Work problems, according to the actual situation to develop solutions and implementation, assess the actual results. Results: Before the operation room management measures were improved, the incidence rate of infection in operation room was 2.97%, and the infection rate after improvement was 0.51%. The passing rate of sterilization quality in the operating room improved significantly. CONCLUSION: Only by formulating a scientific and rational operation room management strategy, strictly enforcing the process, strengthening sterilization and isolation treatment in the operating room, and improving medical staff’s sense of responsibility can we effectively reduce the hospital infection rate and enhance the level of medical and health care.
