1996年1月24日,在中国印刷科学技术研究所,召开了《中国印刷近代史》(初稿)出版座谈会。原国家计委副主任、中国印刷及设备器材工业协会会长范慕韩,新闻出版署顾问王益,机械工业部总工程师李守仁,新闻出版署党组成员、印刷学院党委书记张伯海,中国印刷技术协会名誉理事长王仿子,以及鲁兵、武文祥、王志高、沈忠康、沈海祥、周兴华、高永清、郑如斯、蔡秀园、何远裕、魏志刚、张树栋等30多位领导、专家和学者参加了会议。会议由编委会秘书长郑德海主持,沈海祥以编委会副主任和东道主的双重身份首先致词,对到会的同志表示欢迎,对范老、王老和参加编写的专家学者表示感谢。 正在病中的范老亲自莅临会议,使到会代表为之振奋。范老在讲话中除对参与支持本书编纂的同志表示感谢外,还对奉书的修订工作提出了要求。范老汉史书不同于资料书,写史不能没有论,不能没有
January 24, 1996, at the China Institute of Printing Technology, held a “China Modern History of Printing” (draft) publication forum. Fan Muhan, former director of State Development Planning Commission, Fan Yihan, president of China Printing Equipment Industry Association, Wang Yi, consultant of Press and Publication Administration, Li Shouren, chief engineer of Ministry of Machinery Industry, Zhang Bohai, member of Party Committee of Press and Publication Administration, honorary director of China Printing Technology Association More than 30 leaders, experts and scholars such as Lu Bing, Wu Wenxiang, Wang Zhigao, Shen Zhongkang, Shen Haixiang, Zhou Xinghua, Gao Yongqing, Zheng Rousi, Cai Xiuyuan, He Yuanyu, Wei Zhigang and Zhang Shudong participated in the conference. The meeting was presided over by Zheng Dehai, secretary-general of the editorial board. Shen Haixiang first addressed the deputy director and host of the editorial board and extended his gratitude to the comrades present at the meeting.
