利用荧光光度法测定了中国野生葡萄12个种的39个株系、8个杂交组合397个F1代杂种的花色素双糖苷含量。结果表明:中国葡萄野生种均含有花色素双糖苷,其含量在种和株系间差异较大;1对基因控制花色素双糖苷的有无;3对基因决定花色素双糖苷的含量。
The contents of anthocyanidin in 39 hybrids and 397 hybrid F1 hybrids of 39 wild strains of Chinese wild grapes were determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that all the wild grape species in China contained anthocyanidin biosides, and the content of anthocyanidin differed greatly among species and strains. The results showed that there was one gene pair controlling anthocyanidin biosynthesis and three pairs of genes determining anthocyanidin biosynthesis.
