目的:研究瓶花木的化学成分。方法:利用各种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物:木栓酮(1)、丁香酸(2)、异莨菪亭(3)、秦皮素(4)、casuarinondiol(5)和guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of bottle flowers. Methods: Separation and purification were performed by various column chromatography methods. Their structures were identified based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified: xanthone (1), syringic acid (2), isothiazide (3), cortisone (4), casaarindiol (5) and guaiacylglycerol-β-ferulic acid ether (6) . Conclusion: Compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
