定量化考评作为企业现代化管理机制中一种方便有效的方式近年来受到越来越多企业管理层的推崇。本文从办公室文员工作的特点入手,介绍了办公室文员考评定量化的策略,并就企业量化考评机制需要注意的问题提出了见解与建议,以期为企业管理及工作人员提供参考。
As a convenient and effective way in the modern management system of enterprises, quantitative evaluation has been praised by more and more enterprise management in recent years. This article starts with the characteristics of office clerks’ work, introduces the strategy of quantification of office clerks appraisal, and puts forward the opinions and suggestions on the questions needing attention of the quantification appraising mechanism in order to provide references for enterprise management and staffs.
