回顾近年来国内表象训练在不同领域内运用的研究,对表象训练概念、表象训练的基本程序以及表象训练在动作技能的学习,认知发展和心理技能方面产生的效果做了简要的评述,对表象训练的运用向认知、教育等领域的扩展有重要的借鉴意义。
Recalling the research on the application of imagery training in different fields in recent years, this paper gives a brief review of the concepts of imagery training, the basic procedure of imagery training and the effects that imagery training has on learning, cognitive development and psychological skills of motor skills. The use of pictorial training has important implications for the expansion of cognitive, educational and other fields.
