现将国家商检局、国家经委、经贸部、海关总署联合制订,并经交通部、国家工商管理局、国家标准局同意的《进口商品质量监督管理办法》发给你们。进口商品质量监督管理是关系到保障国家社会主义建设,维护人民群众利益的重要工作。请各地区和各有关部门按照办法的规定,采取有效措施,加强协作配合,共同把进口商品质量监督管理工作做好。
At present, the State Administration of Commodity Inspection, the State Economic Commission, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the General Administration of Customs jointly formulated and approved by the Ministry of Communications, the State Administration for Industry and the National Bureau of Standards agreed to the “Import Quality Supervision and Management Measures” to you. Import commodity quality supervision and management are related to the protection of the construction of socialism and safeguarding the interests of the people’s important work. All regions and all relevant departments should be urged to take effective measures to strengthen coordination and cooperation and work together to supervise and manage the quality of imported goods according to the provisions of the measures.
