近些年来,职业教育发展迅速,国家先后召开了4次全国职业教育工作会议,把发展职业教育作为经济社会发展的重要基础和整个教育工作的战略重点,放在更加突出的位置。国家从宏观政策层面为职业教育的改革和发展指明了方向,为职业教育健康发展提供根本性的制度保障。从专业的教学入手,分析中职生学习动机,通过课堂教学的实践研究,寻求激发中职学生学习动机的策略,对提高职业学校教育质量有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years, the rapid development of vocational education, the state has held four national vocational education conference, the development of vocational education as an important foundation for economic and social development and the strategic focus of education as a whole, in a more prominent position. The state has pointed out the direction for the reform and development of vocational education from the macro-policy level and has provided fundamental institutional guarantee for the healthy development of vocational education. Starting from professional teaching, analyzing the motivation of secondary vocational school students to learn, motivating the motivation of secondary vocational school students through the practical study of classroom teaching, it has some reference significance to improve the quality of vocational school education.
