Full and strict administration of the party is an inevitable requirement for promoting the new great project of party building. Under the new situation of strictly administering the party, the work of party building in colleges and universities should be based on the spirit of “strictness” and cultivate the successors of the socially-important undertakings with excellent qualifications so as to build a new situation in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
