The Central Academy for the Design and Design of Scientific Research of the Central Soviet Union developed a new composite flooring structure. The middle layer of the composite board is a particle board with a thickness of 19 mm. A wear-resistant polyethylene film is used as a protective cover layer for the composite board. This industrially produced film is made of two layers of impregnated PVC paint cloth. The bottom layer of the composite board, an elastic insulation layer, is made of recycled rubber waste.
