本文报道用Cohn低温乙醇法结合聚乙二醇(PEG)制备静注免疫球蛋白(IVIG)过程中,对各种血源性病毒如:人类免疫缺陷症病毒(HIV)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)和Sindbis病毒(SV)的灭活情况。制备方法:收集抗-HIV阴性血浆,加入病毒,经Cohn低温乙醇法分级分离后,得(?)组份(Fr)-Ⅱ+Ⅲ或组份Fr-Ⅱ。将Fr-Ⅱ+Ⅲ或Fr-Ⅱ悬于冷水中,用HCl调至pH 5.3-5.8,使悬液离子浓度低于1/10浓度的生理盐水,加入PEG 4000于2±1℃20小时,离心收集上清(IVIG),检测病毒灭活情况。结果:(1)在血浆及Fr-Ⅱ+Ⅲ悬液中加入1/40体积的HTLV-Ⅲ溶液,并经Cohn低(?)乙醇法
This article reports the use of Cohn low temperature ethanol combined with polyethylene glycol (PEG) in the preparation of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) process, a variety of blood-borne viruses such as: human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus HBV), vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and Sindbis virus (SV) inactivation.
